Opportunity to manage a high performing Software team building brand new SaaS products.
£90-100k basic, Manchester, Hybrid with one day a week in the office and 4 days WFH.
Your new opportunity:
- You will be leading a team of 10 of the most senior developers within the business as they build out new products and inject AI into their platforms.
- This is a hands-off role, where you will be line managing individuals, monitoring performance and owning the standard of products being created, ensuring long-term performance and productivity.
- A key part of this role will be fostering and promoting a collaborative, productive environment where your reports are motivated to share ideas and improve processes.
