Be the master of your own code building brand new SaaS products.
A key member of the Software Development team, you'll technically lead projects from design to implementation. You'll still be hands on but will also be involved in the important, strategic conversations and will bring your creative thinking and ideas to the table, always looking at the bigger picture and what's next.
To be successful in this role, you'll be a high performing individual with expertise in both JavaScript and TypeScript full stack development.
You’ll be joining a global SaaS technology organisation that is the market leader in their sector. They are passionate about software and technology and are continually striving to be better and stay clear of their competitors. Although extremely well established with a huge customer base, they are continuing to grow and develop new products whilst embracing AI and its capabilities.
As a well established Lead Developer, you'll have both a technical and commercial mindset when it comes to designing and building systems. Other skills and knowledge you'll bring:
- Experience across all areas of full stack development and ideally in large scale SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Other technical knowledge required includes NodeJS, Vue, SQL Server.
- Forward thinking approach to producing quality software development and utilising AI.
- Experience of working in mature CI/CD environments and following DevSecOps methodologies.
This is an opportunity for someone passionate about technology who wants to join a fast-growing SaaS company. Salary for this role is £95,000 - £100,000 basic. It's a hybrid role with one day a week in the Manchester office and 4 days from home. Other benefits include 25 days holiday (+ your birthday and bank holidays), pension, EAP scheme and more.
