What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting external customers across Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Troubleshooting SharePoint Online issues, including site config, access, permissions, and workflows
  • Helping customers optimise existing solutions or create new ones that improve business processes
  • Providing clear technical guidance to both technical and non-technical users
  • Logging, owning, and resolving tickets through to completion
  • Collaborating with the wider technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Sharing best practices and contributing to internal knowledge bases

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
  • Confident working directly with customers in a remote support or consultancy environment
  • Great communication skills, you can explain things clearly without the waffle
  • Solid understanding of Office 365 administration and how it connects to Power Platform
  • A methodical, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn fast
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked for a Microsoft Partner or consultancy before
