What you’ll be doing:
- Hands-on delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects for a range of SME clients
- Installing, configuring, and migrating systems including Windows Server, VMware, and Microsoft 365
- Deploying networking kit including switches, firewalls, and routers
- Collaborating with customers on-site and remotely to deliver seamless transitions
- Documenting your work and handing over clean, complete solutions to support teams
- Troubleshooting and resolving any snags during project delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering technical projects in a customer-facing environment (MSP experience a bonus)
- Confident working with infrastructure tech - Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, networking kit, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud solutions
- Clear communicator who can work directly with clients and internal teams
- Someone who thrives on variety, ownership, and jumping straight into delivery
- Full UK driving licence (for the occasional site visit)
