What you'll be doing Delivering customer infrastructure projects across London and the surrounding areas Installing and configuring Microsoft 365 devices and user environments Deploying Windows desktops, laptops and workplace technology Installing servers, networking equipment and wireless solutions Supporting Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Share Point Carrying out customer onboarding and office technology rollouts Completing site surveys and preparing installations Producing clear project documentation and handover information Building strong relationships with customers throughout every project What you'll bring Previous experience delivering IT projects within an MSP environment Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Intune and Entra ID Experience working with Windows Server and infrastructure technologies Good networking knowledge across switches, wireless and firewalls Confidence working directly with customers onsite A professional attitude and genuine pride in the quality of your work Excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence The kind of person who'll thrive here You enjoy being out on site.
