What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering infrastructure projects across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Planning and implementing upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.
- Working with a Microsoft-focused stack - Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, etc.
- Acting as a senior escalation point for the IT support team when issues need deep technical input.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and the wider IT team to scope and deliver change.
