You'll act as the bridge between the company and their MSP partner, helping ensure technology supports the business properly as it continues to grow. Some days that means strategic planning. What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the internal IT lead and trusted technology advisor
  • Helping shape the company's IT roadmap and longer-term strategy
  • Working closely with department heads to understand challenges and opportunities

  • Improving internal systems, processes, and ways of working
