As an Account Executive for our SMB Segment based in the UK, your role isn’t just about selling—it’s about owning your pipeline, driving outbound success, and executing a strategic sales process to exceed your targets. This is an opportunity-driven, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
We’re looking for a sales professional who is:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning your pipeline – at least 50% of your closed deals will originate from outbound efforts.
- Hosting 2+ high-impact demos per day.
- Managing a pipeline to consistently close €350k+ ARR per year.
- Making 100+ outbound activities per week.
- Executing account-based sales strategies.
- Influencing multiple buyer personas.
- Proactively iterating on your sales strategy.
- Delivering impact under pressure.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a proven track record of exceeding €250k+ ARR quotas.
- Strong hospitality or hospitality adjacent background.
- Have consistently closed deals averaging €5,000+ in value.
- Can engage, influence, and close multi-stakeholder deals.
- Are comfortable with data-driven sales execution.
