About the role
The primary role of the Manager, Soft Brands is to oversee a regional portfolio of Soft Brands customers and lead a team of Account Executives. In this people management role, you will ensure your team executes our Soft Brand sales and customer success strategy, supports value realisation, and fosters longâterm customer growth.
Reporting to the VP of Enterprise, this role bridges strategy and execution, providing coaching, workflow direction, and dayâtoâday decisionâmaking support.
What youâll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe
- Drive performance excellence through goal setting, ongoing coaching and career development
- Own strategic account planning in partnership with the VP of Enterprise, including longâterm growth roadmaps
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and preserving strong customer satisfaction
- Act as escalation point for regional goâtoâmarket teams
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure alignment and unblock execution
- Capture and communicate insights, including Voice of Customer feedback and key commercial performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise/multiâproperty clients
- People management experience with a coaching mindset and track record of developing highâperforming teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth and engaging Câlevel stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, and basic reporting/analytics tools
- Comfortable in a dynamic, scaleâup environment
- Based in EU/UK with easy access to international airport for client travel
