Help make the world more hospitable The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that's just as inspiring as the people behind it.

At Mews, we're transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.

And you'll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we're building.

If you're motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you'll feel at home here.

You'll have full responsibility for building and closing new business across the UK & Ireland — one of Mews' highest-priority growth markets — selling directly to hotel owners, operators, and management teams who are replacing the systems they've run on for decades.

The hospitality industry is in the middle of a real technology shift.

Most properties still run on legacy platforms built before mobile payments existed, before dynamic pricing was standard, before guests expected a frictionless digital experience.

What you would do Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to signed contract Build and manage a pipeline of net new hospitality prospects across the UK & Ireland Run an average of 1–2 high-impact product demos per day, rooted in discovery and consultative selling Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across General Managers, Owners, Finance, and Operations teams Drive at least 60% of your closed deals from outbound activity you generate yourself Forecast accurately and manage deal progression across your pipeline Develop and execute a territory plan that compounds over time What you would bring A demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a Saa S sales role — specific numbers, not general descriptions Strong outbound prospecting skills with evidence of the activity behind your results Experience selling net new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals Experience selling into hospitality or hotel technology The ability to build a territory strategy and execute against it with discipline Value-based selling skills and the ability to tell a compelling story to senior operators You use AI as a real part of your workflow, not as a novelty — automating research, drafting outreach, and preparing for deals more efficiently than you could without it AI Fluency Level 2: You use AI as a standard part of how you prospect, prepare, and sell.

Final compensation may be adjusted based on funding, budget constraints, or exceptional candidate qualifications, but will remain within reasonable proximity to the stated range.

If the location you're applying from wasn't originally advertised for this role, salary range information is available upon request at any point during the application/interview process - your recruiter will be able to help.
