We are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team, this role will be based in Manchester. The IT team provide support to all offices in Bristol, Cambridge, London, Manchester, and Munich, however the focus of this role will be the Manchester office. Flexibility to support some events activities outside of standard working hours will be required. You will show a keen interest in delivering customer service, have a passion for IT, and enjoy fixing problems quickly. This role is fully office based 5 days per week.
The Helpdesk & Support Analyst in Manchester will provide dedicated, in-person IT support for all staff in the office, meetings and for client-facing events. The role is critical for ensuring seamless technical operations, at desks and during meetings. Flexibility to support some events activities outside of standard working hours will be required.

About you: You will be organised and professional and be comfortable working with pace and have a keen interest in delivering excellent customer service, have a passion for IT and fixing problems quickly. You will ideally have experience working in an IT/support role in a professional services or legal environment and be looking to kick start your career in IT. You will have knowledge of Office 365 & Co-Pilot applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), legal applications and software, MS Teams and SharePoint and NetDocuments. Flexible and adaptable, you’ll switch between competing priorities and demands with ease always keeping a cool-head and a focused approach. As the main IT contact in the office, you will be able to work independently for large amounts of the time, plan and prioritise your work in a reliable and punctual manner. You will be flexible in your approach, the role will require you to support events, video conference hearings and the Helpdesk support rota.
