The Role
As a Service Driver, you’ll be the face of MEWA UK on your route, ensuring dependable deliveries, outstanding customer service, and the safe handling of our products. You’ll operate our vehicles professionally, uphold MEWA’s safety and quality standards, and contribute to smooth, efficient service for every customer you visit. This role includes 2–3 nights out per week, with hotel accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily delivery routes, including multi‑drop schedules, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer interaction, building positive relationships at every stop
- Load and unload products with care, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness
- Follow planned routes and adapt as needed to maintain consistent delivery performance
- Maintain clear and accurate delivery documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
- Work flexibly to meet delivery schedules
- Uphold MEWA’s standards for safety, compliance, and service excellence
What You’ll Bring
- A valid Class C driving licence with a clean driving record
- Experience as a delivery or service driver, ideally with multi‑drop routes
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Comfortable using GPS and navigation tools
- Basic mechanical awareness for minor vehicle checks
- A proactive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- (Desirable) ADR Solids qualification
