The Role

As a Call Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, representing MEWA UK with professionalism and confidence. Your role is to generate interest and secure qualified appointments for the Sales Representative, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities. You’ll manage outbound calls efficiently, maintain accurate CRM records, and uphold MEWA’s standards for quality, compliance, and customer experience in every interaction. This is an office-based role focused on outbound calling and appointment generation, working closely with the Sales Representative to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to secure qualified appointments for the Sales Representative
  • Introduce the company and generate interest to create opportunities for the rep to present and close
  • Build rapport quickly and professionally to maximise appointment conversion
  • Follow structured call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and appointment details in the CRM system
  • Manage daily call targets and maintain a consistent pipeline of booked appointments
  • Confirm, schedule, and coordinate appointments in line with the Sales Representative’s availability
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, compliance, and customer service
