The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
You will predominantly be responsible for supporting the Retail Asset Management team who look after our Midlands & South West portfolio. This is a newly created team that consists of five Asset Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and correspondence from Retailers & Advisors
- Diary management - arranging meetings/ conference calls and booking meeting rooms
- Managing team meetings, collating and agreeing the agenda, taking minutes, ensuring following up in the required timescales
- Producing documents to tight deadlines ensuring high attention to detail
- Build, develop and manage relationships with all internal and external parties
- Close liaison with Executive PAs to ensure priorities are communicated and any outstanding matters are followed up in a timely manner
- Ensuring the Customer Relationship Management system is kept up to date
- Maintaining contacts - ensuring contact details are kept up-to-date
- General administration - photocopying, scanning, binding documents, filing, expenses, payment of invoices
- Future opportunity for inbox management of Head of Retail Assets (Midlands & South West)
Requirements
- Experience of working in a similar team assistant or PA role at a FTSE 250 company
- Must have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility - must be able to deal with different levels of workload
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro is also required
- Must be able to self-manage and prioritise own workload
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confidence to manage the team and be a good team player
- Ability to use own initiative
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- A professional attitude, demonstrate great initiative and excellent organisational skills
- Must have awareness of and ability to maintain confidentiality
