For our client in London β a boutique investment firm β we are seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) fluent in German, English and Russian.
Tasks Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for all business and private enquiries of the Director
- Organise intensive European travel
- Handle visa applications, accommodation and transportation bookings
- Manage the Director's diary and appointments
- Basic bookkeeping, including invoice handling, personal expense management and bank transfers
- Support meetings, including minute-taking and the use of AI-based tools
- Manage electronic documents and filing systems
- Draft and translate emails in German, English and Russian
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements Profile:
- Fluent in German, English and Russian
- Minimum of 5 years' experience at senior level as a PA or in an administrative role
- Technologically savvy, with experience using modern IT and AI tools
- Flexible, proactive and highly detail-oriented
- No visa restrictions for working in the UK
