For our client, an international investment company, we are looking for an Investment Manager (FinTech & Digital Finance) 100%.
Primary location: London (preferred) or Cyprus (relocation options available).
Employment Type: Permanent.
About the Role:
Join a leading international investment company and take a key role in driving the growth of FinTech projects worldwide. As an Investment Manager, you will analyze, evaluate, and structure investment opportunities across multiple jurisdictions, from the UK and Cyprus to Switzerland, UAE, and emerging markets. You will prepare investment proposals, conduct due diligence, build financial models, and support strategic decision-making for the Investment Committee. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze FinTech projects, including PSPs, EMIs, Open Banking, Blockchain, and Digital Payments.
- Build financial models and perform scenario, sensitivity, and comparative analyses.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Participate in due diligence, risk assessment, and deal structuring.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for value creation.
- Contribute to shaping the Group’s FinTech investment strategy and explore emerging market opportunities.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance; experience with FinTech projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of FinTech business models and regulatory frameworks.
- Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.
