We are a small and fast-growing company. This gives you the chance to shape the business, from marketing to client development, from recruitment to team events. Every person is crucial to our success, so we encourage you to put forward innovative ideas. We don’t have the hierarchy of a large consultancy, and you will be in front of the client from day one! Associates have fantastic client exposure including independently leading client meetings and working on final client deliverables. We value and foster an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll have exposure to all levels of the company on a day-to-day basis. We work towards a partnership model with our clients, giving you the ability to see your initial ideas go from inception all the way through to execution.

What you will do:

  • Direct responsibility of one or more workstreams or projects, where you will need to identify, assess and evaluate project ideas.
  • Preparing communication (e.g. workshops, presentations, etc.) for senior executives on projects.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Leading and driving projects.
  • Guiding junior colleagues & assisting them with their work.
  • Travelling based on project requirements.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting or similar background.
  • Minimum level of education as a Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic results.
  • Strong team player that is passionate, reliable, and result-oriented.
  • Able to demonstrate leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • An ability to think analytically, break down problems, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Right to work in the UK.
