Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation, filming and editing of engaging digital learning content to enhance the global online training network.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross‑department teams to design and create eLearning, eDemo, videos and presentations.
  • Identify key learning objectives and develop comprehensive content plans for global technicians and engineers.
  • Design and produce engaging interactive digital learning materials, including videos and images.
  • Convert existing training materials such as service manuals into digital content.
  • Assist with live training content delivery and streaming.
  • Provide input and guidance on best practice for content development.
  • Use videography, editing and visual communication skills to create informative video content.
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to consistently improve the learning experience.
  • Lead multi‑course development projects creatively.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous shooting and editing experience with camera equipment, including cameras, webcams, lighting and iPhone.
  • Understanding of audio equipment – mixers and microphones.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, InDesign), Articulate Storyline and Synthesia.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality learning content.
