Technical Sales & Project Specialist in Leicester

Responsibilities

• Drive the expansion of our Software Care contracts to accelerate business growth.
• Build expertise in core applications across divisions to deliver comprehensive project management and technical services.
• Train customers on application usage for successful deployment and adoption.
• Configure and tailor software solutions to fit specific customer needs.
• Prepare project documentation, including URS, FRS, FDS, and GA drawings.
• Provide technical support to service engineers on software and application‑related queries.
• Deliver product validation services and conduct internal training for engineering staff.
• Ensure clear communication and effective project management from sale to implementation.

What You Need to Succeed

• Self‑driven professional with hands‑on project management and technical sales expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows OS and Ethernet network configuration.
• Skilled in PLC ladder logic and API integration for seamless system deployment.
• Experienced in network‑based applications and remote connectivity solutions.
• Confident presenter and relationship‑builder, representing Mettler Toledo with professionalism and technical authority.
