We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across key market segments. As a member of our local Senior Leadership Team, you will play an important role in shaping commercial strategy while developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership capability, and hands-on marketing expertise in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and content marketing.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and pipeline development.
