At METTLER TOLEDO, We're seeking an experienced, ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of winning and growing business within a field-based sales environment.

As a Field Sales Specialist, you will

  • Drive sales growth across our Industrial product portfolio.
  • Identify and develop high-potential accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Develop account penetration strategies based on market and customer insights.
  • Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to maximise sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across business units to deliver complete customer solutions.
  • Support customer engagement through joint visits, seminars, and events.
  • Monitor market trends and provide valuable feedback to management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • What You Need to Succeed
  • Proven success in B2B field sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Skilled in account development, and pipeline management.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and sales opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within a designated territory.
