We are looking for a Regional Service Team Leader to lead a team of field-based Service Technicians and drive operational excellence across our service business. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast-paced field service environment.As Regional Service Team Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting service delivery, developing technician capability, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational targets are achieved.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Service Technicians to deliver outstanding service performance.
- Monitor and drive KPI achievement across all areas of service operations.
- Provide proactive operational support to technicians and the service back office.
- Support service growth by conducting customer site surveys and identifying service and contract opportunities.
- Drive technician development, cross-skilling and training initiatives to maximise regional capability and scheduling efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, customer site regulations and quality standards.
- Foster a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
