As a Field Sales Representative, you will take ownership of pipette sales across your territory, growing new business while strengthening long-term customer relationships. You’ll work closely with scientists, laboratory managers, and internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver high-quality solutions using our industry-leading RAININ products. This is a field-based role with regular travel to customer sites, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture key UK accounts, establishing strong, strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Proactively generate leads and build a solid pipeline for both immediate and future sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to advance sales prospects from initial qualification through to order fulfillment.
  • Keep customer and prospect data accurate and current using CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical expertise on RAININ and other METTLER TOLEDO product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer value by conducting site visits, hosting seminars, and participating in industry events.
  • Regularly share insights on market developments and performance within your sales territory.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in a life science discipline.
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment, with strong understanding of pipettes.
  • Proven account management experience.
  • Territory management experience and strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement.
