About the role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our customers happy by making sure their service contracts and pipette calibration agreements are renewed on time, queries are handled swiftly, and every interaction reflects the high level of service METTLER TOLEDO is known for.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers to renew monthly service contracts (target-driven)
- Create and send pipette calibration quotations within agreed timescales
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer leads and enquiries
