Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (including telemarketing, webinars, mailers, and events) for designated divisions on time and track their regular results.
  • Digital Optimization: Drive lead growth through targeted email campaigns, web page creation, routine keyword reviews, and SEM improvements.
  • Cross-Lead Integration: Support internal initiatives to engage sales and service colleagues in our cross-leads program, reviewing performance regularly with the Business Area Manager.
  • Commercial Discipline: Oversee campaign budgets to ensure on-plan spending, prepare data for roll-outs, and submit detailed monthly impact reports.
  • Content & Assets: Produce localized marketing materials in Canva aligned with brand guidelines, and publish weekly internal updates on SharePoint.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and lead regular update meetings with key stakeholders to maintain clear alignment on active campaigns.
