Join us as a Senior Customer Due Diligence Analyst, Exits. We’ll look to you to act as the primary escalation point for CDD Analysts, providing guidance on tricky cases and reviewing recommendations before they go to the Manager. This is a chance to achieve excellent exposure, as you liaise with stakeholders, and act as a visible presence and ambassador for this area.
Responsibilities:

- Manage complex reviews triggered by PEP, Sanctions, and Adverse Media screening, alongside processing sensitive Legal and Court Orders.
- Represent the Ops voice in workshops, collaborating with Product and Technology teams to help automate manual tasks and design controls that are robust enough for a major bank but frictionless enough for a fintech.

- Work closely with NatWest Group teams to ensure our name screening, legal orders, and customer exit processes are running smoothly.
- Drive quality standards: Support Team Leaders with process confirmation and quality control, spotting trends in analyst performance and partnering with Training teams to deliver targeted upskilling.

- The ability to work independently.
- You can explain complex rationales clearly in writing and verbally, managing stakeholders across the business effectively.
- You are curious and confident in making risk decisions, able to clearly articulate the "why" behind your rationale.
