- Join the Mettle Scalable Business Mission as a Product Owner, taking full ownership of your product area’s strategy to solve customer and business problems.
- Translating complex business and technical needs into actionable user stories, ensuring the team has clear direction to deliver high-quality, impactful features.
- Using qualitative data and qualitative customer insights to prioritise the backlog, ensuring we always tackle the highest-value problems first.
- Proactively collaborating with stakeholders, balancing diverse business priorities and effectively communicating your product area roadmap to ensure alignment.
- Upholding rigorous product governance, focusing on risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring all features are viable, usable, and feasible throughout the product lifecycle.
