About the Role
We’re looking for a Logistics Operative to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations moving efficiently. This is a hands-on role focused on picking, packing, and dispatching high-value and safety-critical aerospace components, ensuring every order leaves on time and to the highest standard. You’ll also support goods-in, internal material movements, and stock control—working closely with teams across the business to ensure smooth flow, accuracy, and traceability. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-driven environment and takes pride in doing things correctly.
As a condition of employment successful candidates are required to satisfy ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance and must fulfil the following before commencing this role:
- Currently hold the legal Right to Work in the UK
- Fulfil a DBS clearance
- Provide a consistent 5-year UK domicile
- Pass Drugs
