About the Role The HR Co‑Ordinator plays a critical role in supporting the smooth, compliant, and effective operation of the Human Resources function at Mettis. Acting as a central point of coordination for our HRIS system (Dayforce), employee lifecycle administration, the role is key to delivering an excellent employee experience across the business. The postholder will be on site and be the key user and administrator of the Dayforce HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and effective use of HR technology to support operational and strategic HR activity.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role requiring organisation, technical capability, and a people‑focused approach. The successful candidate will be comfortable working at pace in a manufacturing environment, able to manage confidential information with discretion, and eager to develop within the HR profession.

As a condition of employment, successful candidates are required to satisfy ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance and must fulfil the following before commencing this role:

  • Currently hold the legal Right to Work in the UK
  • Fulfil a DBS clearance
  • Provide a consistent 5‑year UK domicile
  • Pass Drugs
