We’re looking for a motivated Production Officer to support our growing operations and help drive our production success. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in assembling, testing, and delivering products to meet customer expectations and tight delivery schedules.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end assembly and testing of our product range, ensuring everything is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling valve and control products accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting calibration and performance testing of electrical control components
  • Supporting production planning and personnel utilisation
  • Identifying and contributing to improvements in assembly processes and methodologies
  • Working closely with design engineers to enhance product design and buildability
  • Preparing steel and rubber components for assembly
  • Ensuring all products are packed and delivered in line with customer and quality expectations
  • Completing documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety and adhering to workplace policies at all times
