What You’ll Do

  • Drive product growth with a focus on profitability
  • Own the product development roadmap and lifecycle management
  • Lead creation of new products, from sales input through execution
  • Manage the business through pricing optimization, including MALP/GLP, inventory levels, installed base tracking, and competitor activity
  • Review and approve warranty-related issues
  • Deploy new products to the Market Areas, including training and support materials
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to develop marketing and training materials
  • Travel up to 40% (including international travel)

Who You Are

  • Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, metallurgical or similar)
  • 10+ years’ experience with combustion systems, kilns, or thermal processing preferred
  • Strong ability to bridge technical depth with commercial strategy
  • Experience working with cross‑functional global teams
  • Customer-facing experience in industrial services, capital equipment or technical solutions
  • Strong communicator and team builder with a passion for innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, establish deadlines and oversee completion of multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
