The Cluster Director of Revenue entails a multifaceted focus and approach in regards to optimizing revenue through analysis and decision-making. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and ensuring efficiency across multiple properties within Europe. The ideal candidate will use their analytical skills and market insights to achieve targets while leading a team based in London.
What you will do:
- Take responsibility for implementation of the agreed revenue strategy for all existing COMO Hotels and Resorts European properties (COMO Metropolitan London Hotel & Residences, COMO The Halkin, COMO Castello Del Nero, COMO Alpina Dolomites, COMO Le Montrachet, Podere San Filippo at COMO Castello Del Nero) along with any additional hotels that may be added to the European portfolio.
- Provide revenue management expertise to the leadership and sales teams.
- Pricing and positioning across all distribution channels, proactive analysis and decision-making.
- Observe and analyse commercial insights from data, research and market monitoring which will support revenue generating activities
- Work with the sales and marketing teams in each property to ensure all nessecary actions are taken to maximise rooms revenue
- Oversees the processes associated with: demand, revenue, budgeting, forecasting and opportunity analysis including Inventory management.
Who you are:
- Extensive experience as a Cluster Director working with 4* and 5* properties
- Previous experience of managing others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of working across different countries and markets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work alone and in a pressured environment
- Technical knowledge of Opera and Delphi
- Ability to speak French and Italian is desirable
