Salary: £31,270 - £32,916
Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.
Requirements:
Experience
- Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
- Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience
- Duties to include things such as (but not limited to) replacing slipped xrnqpay or missing roof tiles, clearing and repairing bl
