We are offering this Senior Performance and Data Analyst role on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Waterfront House, Beeston, NG9 1LA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity within our Compliance and Technical department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a real-time KPI reporting suite to support improved performance against key financial, operational, and strategic targets.
- Effectively present and communicate compliance data using various matrices to show overall compliance of the organization.
- Support the Head of Assurance & Audit to embed a monthly reporting cycle and develop an operating rhythm aligned to statutory, financial, and operational reporting needs.
- Provide timely and accurate data to assist in compiling accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Curate and manage software systems used by the Compliance & Technical department.

- SQL
- VBA
Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Excellent demonstrable knowledge of SQL and VBA.
- Commercially focused with strong knowledge in finance, desirable experience in an accounts role.
- Substantial experience of business analysis and reporting within the Facilities Management or Property Services Sector.
- Experience of Northgate, Promaster, Riskbase and other similar Asset Management or CAFM systems.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies within a Property Services environment would be beneficial.
- Understanding of data value and ability to interpret it for operational and strategic decision-making.
