MTVH are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to lead on delivering a robust and effective quality assurance framework across the Customer Services Directorate. This role is key in driving service improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and best practice. You will undertake in-depth reviews, audits, and quality assurance visits to assess service performance and identify opportunities to raise standards and improve outcomes for customers.

Therefore, as part of the Operational Risk – Risk & Quality team, you will work collaboratively across the organisation to support teams to improve service delivery. You will analyse findings from audits and reviews, lead on action planning, and share learning across services to ensure consistent quality and best practice.

  • Conduct quality assurance visits, audits, and reviews to assess service quality and compliance
  • Analyse audit findings and support the completion of action plans to improve performance and reduce risk
  • Develop and maintain systems for monitoring quality assurance, compliance, and performance
  • Provide guidance and promote best practice aligned to regulatory and governance frameworks
  • Experience working within a quality assurance or governance role in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
