Ready to make a real difference? We are looking for an outstanding L&OD professional to step into our Programme Manager role on a fixed-term basis. As L&OD Programme Manager, you will act as a trusted consultant to the business, leading on learning and organisational development planning that builds capability, improves performance and supports the delivery of MTVH's strategic priorities. Travel to MTVH’s various offices will be required frequently.
Responsibilities
- Skilled at creating meaningful partnerships, bringing the ability to influence, inspire and constructively challenge stakeholders, from senior leaders to frontline colleagues.
- Strong programme and project management capability with experience of managing multiple priorities and delivering against deadlines.
