MTVH are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to lead on delivering a robust and effective quality assurance framework across the Customer Services Directorate. This role is key in driving service improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and best practice.

You will undertake in-depth reviews, audits, and quality assurance visits to assess service performance and identify opportunities to raise standards and improve outcomes for customers. Therefore, as part of the Operational Risk – Risk & Quality team, you will work collaboratively across the organisation to support teams to improve service delivery.

  • Conduct quality assurance visits, audits, and reviews to assess service quality and compliance
  • Analyse audit findings and support the completion of action plans to improve performance and reduce risk
  • Develop and maintain systems for monitoring quality assurance, compliance, and performance
  • Provide guidance and promote best practice aligned to regulatory and governance frameworks

Experience working within a quality assurance or governance role in a regulated environment is required, along with a strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
