  • Manage the sharing of building safety information, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with technical teams to interpret surveys, risk assessments, and safety case data
  • Support the Building Safety Team in the development and communication of Building Safety Cases
  • Oversee and support delivery of Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (RPEEPs) in line with legislative requirements
  • Act as a key liaison between residents, internal teams, and external stakeholders, building trust and confidence

  • Promote a culture of proactive, transparent, and inclusive engagement

About You

We are looking for someone who can combine technical credibility with excellent communication skills.

You will have:

  • A qualification or relevant experience in Fire Safety, Structural Engineering, Building Safety, or a related discipline
  • Strong ability to interpret and understand technical reports (e.g., FRAEW, PAS9980, structural or fire assessments)
  • Experience working within building safety, compliance, or technical housing environments
  • A clear understanding of the Building Safety Act and resident engagement expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and transparent way
  • Experience engaging with residents or customers in a sensitive or safety-critical context
