Leasehold & Homeownership Specialist known inhouse as a Homeownership Specialist Location: London, EC1N 8JS or Nottingham, NG9 1LA – Hybrid Working Contract Type: 12 Month FTC 37.5hrs per week Salary Banding: London £36,663 - £38,592 Nottingham: £32,997 - £34,733 We are looking for a Homeownership Specialist to provide a fast, responsive, and customer‑focused service to our leaseholders. You will guide customers through Home Ownership services, ensuring they receive the right information at the right time and that all processes are delivered in line with legislation, policy, and service standards. This post can be based at either our London or Nottingham. Regular travel to our London office would be required for this role, if Nottingham based.
