Responsibilities
- The Business Analyst Manager sits within the Strategy, Projects and Performance team.
- Managing a team of Business Analysts and leading the MTVH Business Analyst framework, including templates, documents, process, tools and techniques.
- Delivering analysis work for highly complex and high‑profile projects across property, development, technical and customer services teams.
- Supporting the strategic planning function through resource planning and the creation of Business Analyst work packages.
- Building a Business Analyst community and fostering collaboration across MVTH.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing a team, including through periods of change.
- Expert knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques; ability to clearly document business requirements and processes, analyse data and provide insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading large, complex organisational‑wide change projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Experience building and developing a business analysis framework, including templates, documents, processes, and a community.
- Direct or relatable business experience with an affinity for social housing work.
