The predicted salary is between 33299 - 35052 £ per year.
The role is based in the East Midlands with a salary range of £33,299 - £35,052. The working hours are 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm. To support our residents, participation in second shift and an out of hours on-call service on a rotational basis is required. A company van and fuel card will be provided.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment; Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience.
- Driving: A full UK manual driving licence (you will be provided with your own Metworks van for working hours); A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
