The role is based in the East Midlands and is home-based with regular travel across the region. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Work and Skills Specialist to support MTVH residents across the East Midlands to access employment, training and skills opportunities. You will provide one-to-one support, deliver employability workshops, manage a caseload of residents, and build partnerships with employers and local organisations to create opportunities that improve lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored employment and skills support to residents.
- Manage resident caseloads and provide coaching to overcome barriers to work.
- Deliver workshops, training programmes and employability pathways.
- Build relationships with employers, training providers and community partners.
- Monitor outcomes and support residents into employment, training and career progression.

- Experience supporting people into employment, education or training.
- Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.

Essential Requirement:
This is an East Midlands-based role requiring regular travel across the region. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
