Salary: £31,270 - £32,916
Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.
Requirements:
- Experience in a social housing or local authority environment
- Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience
- Ability to undertake paving, concreting, drainage, fencing, brickwork/pointing repairs and installations, among others.
- A full UK manual driving licence (you will be provided with your own Metworks van for working hours)
- A minimum of one year of significant driving experience (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
