✨Show Off Your Driving Skills

Since a full UK manual driving licence is a must, be prepared to talk about your driving experience. Highlight any previous roles where you had to drive as part of your job, and mention how you’ve maintained a clean driving record. This will reassure them that you can handle their Metworks van responsibly.

Understand the working hours and shift patterns they mentioned. They might ask how you feel about working later shifts on a rotational basis. Show that you’re flexible and willing to adapt to their schedule, which is crucial for supporting their residents effectively.

✨Ask Smart Questions

Prepare some thoughtful questions to ask at the end of your interview. Inquire about the team you'll be working with, the types of projects you’ll handle, or how they support ongoing training and development. This demonstrates your genuine interest in the role and helps you assess if it’s the right fit for you.
