Role Overview
The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with daily presence in the office. Base office is Clapham Park (SW2 4AX). You will support the Workspace Services team across the London region, travelling to other offices to maintain compliance and assist during absences. As part of the Workspace Services team, you will be the welcoming face of our business, interacting with staff, clients, suppliers and visitors with a focus on improving building user experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors, organise hospitality & maintain visitor records.
- Manage meeting room bookings and requests.
- Support the Workspace Services Team to maintain 100% compliance in health, safety and planned preventive maintenance.
- Handle access control management, issue & program access cards and staff IDs.
- Perform postal functions (incoming and outgoing).
- Order and maintain stock for workspace services.
- Process and prioritise work order requests from colleagues via a central helpdesk system.
- Attend team meetings and prepare minutes/actions.
- Support the Workspace Services Team in maintaining supplier matrices and associated documentation.
- Take reasonable care of health & safety for yourself and others.
- Manual handling as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous operational office experience in Facilities or Hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in IT and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, influencing colleagues and building users.
- Customer focused with proactive, flexible approach.
- Actively managing relationships to achieve objectives.
