This role
As a Capital Works Process Administrator you will be responsible for providing system and administrative support to support the delivery of a capital works programme to ensure it both meets all statutory requirements and our customers' needs. You will facilitate applications from customers for permission to carry out alterations within their homes by managing from receipt of application through to final decision. You will ensure the data inputted is both accurate and completed within deadlines and will be able to work alongside our internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
