Location: Farringdon.

Contract: Secondment 6 months.

Status: Temporary – Full Time.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident and commercial focused leader to step into this six-month secondment to take ownership of the Agency Sales function, overseeing partnerships resales, MTVH resales, progression and open market resales. This is a key role within aftersales, responsible for driving performance, improving customer outcomes and supporting the continued development of each workstream. You’ll lead a front-end resales team and two managers, creating a positive, high-performing team culture that blends pace, accountability and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alongside team leadership, you’ll play a central role in improving the customer journey; identifying opportunities to streamline processes, find smarter ways of working and ensuring our service evolves in line with customer expectations and regulatory changes.
  • You will also be responsible for strengthening and growing relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and partners, while identifying opportunities to expand our offering.
  • This role requires a strong awareness of compliance and the ability to operate confidently within a changing regulatory landscape, ensuring our services remain robust, consistent and customer focused.
