We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Customer Advisor to join our SO Resi team in Beeston.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support customers throughout their home-buying journey, providing guidance and handling a wide range of sales and marketing enquiries.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from their very first interaction with us.
We operate a hybrid working model with designated office days.
You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, supporting customers, resolving enquiries and working closely with colleagues across the business.

- Responding to customer sales and marketing enquiries via phone, email, webchat and social media online channels.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Taking ownership of enquiries and helping to progress through to resolution.
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Supporting customers with information about Shared Ownership and SO Resi developments.
