Metropolitan Thames Valley is recruiting a Property Disrepair Surveyor to diagnose and resolve complex building faults across our housing stock.
This hybrid, full-time role offers steady progression within our Property Directorate.
You will independently manage a varied caseload including damp and mould, disrepair claims, and major repairs, applying HHSRS and building pathology to identify hazards and safeguard residents.
Salary range £44,938–£47,303; head office Beeston, Nottingham.
