Salary: £31,270 - £32,916
Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm. To support our residents, a later shift of 9:30am – 6pm is worked on a rotational basis, between 1 in 3 and 1 in 5 weeks.
Requirements:
- Experience in a social housing or local authority environment
- Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience
- Ability to undertake paving, concreting, drainage, fencing, brickwork/pointing repairs and installations, among others.
- A full UK manual driving licence (you will be provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
- A minimum of one year of significant driving experience.
